Xiaomi Launched Xiaomi Mi TV 4X 55-inch 2020 Edition in India

Xiaomi has announced deals for its Black Friday sales, along with a new Mi TV 4X (55) 2020 Edition for the Indian market. The latest Mi TV model packs a 55-inch 4K HDR display with Xiaomi's Vivid Picture Engine. The new Xiaomi TV will be available starting December 2 for Rs 34,999. The sale will take place at 12:00PM via Amazon India, Mi.com and Mi Home stores.

Xiaomi Mi TV 4X has a 55-inch 4k 10-bit HDR display, Xiaomi’s “proprietary” image processing algorithm, “Vivid Picture Engine”, and 20W speakers certified for Dolby Audio and DTS-HD. Xiaomi Mi TV 4X 55-inch 2020 edition runs on Xiaomi’s own PatchWall 2.0 UI, which is built on top of Android 9 Pie. Mi TV 4X (55) 2020 Edition seem to mimic those of its predecessor. The smart TV is powered by a quad-core processor from Amlogic, based on ARM's Cortex-A53 architecture. It also features a Mali-450 MP3 GPU, 2GB of RAM, and 8GB onboard storage. On the connectivity front, it features WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2, three HDMI ports, two USB ports and Ethernet port.


You get Google Play Store support as well as access to all major streaming apps like Netflix, Hotstar, and Amazon Prime Video. You also get built-in Chromecast functionality and a Google Data Saver application. The inbuilt Data Saver app is targeted at those who use their mobile hotspot to stream videos on the TV. Xiaomi claims this will help users watch 3X more videos with the same amount of data.
