Nokia 5.3 to reportedly launch in India this month.

The Nokia 5.3 was originally announced back in March. Nokia India's official Twitter handle put up on a teaser photo of the Nokia 5.3 on Tuesday. The smartphone was spotted recently on the official website. HMD Global is sending out invites for a media briefing on August 25th. After the briefing we can expect the launch date.

Nokia 5.3 Specifications


Nokia 5.3 will feature a 6.55-inch HD+ (720x1,600 pixels) notched display. Nokia 5.3 comes with Android 10. It has a 2.5D glass front and a scratch resistant back, aimed to provide extended durability. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor paired with 4GB/6GB of RAM along with 64GB of eMMC 5.1 storage expandable up to 512GB via a microSD card. Nokia 5.3 has a quad-camera setup at the back with a 13MP primary sensor, a 2MP depth sensor for portrait shots, a 5MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro lens. For selfies, the phone will sport an 8 MP camera. It has a large 4,000mAh battery and the AI-assisted Adaptive Battery with support for 10W charging.


The company has already launched the smartphone globally at EUR 189 (roughly. Rs. 15,200) and is expected to be sold around the same price in India as well.
