Huawei P30 will come with three rear cameras , of which one has 40 MP resolution. The phone will be capable of 5x lossless zoom with its setup, and on the front there will be a 24 MP for selfies. It may be in set up, just like P20 Pro.
It looks like it's possible. It's probably also going to be powered by the Kirin 980 chipset. The P30 pro varient the P30 Pro which is to launch in 2019 – will come with six cameras in total.
