Asus took to Twitter to share its teaser video for the ZenFone 7 flagship for 2020. The official Asus Deutschland account on Twitter posted the teaser video that gives a glimpse of the Asus ZenFone 7. The teaser shows the front panel of the Zenfone 7 which confirms there’s no presence of a notch or punch-hole cameras.
The new smartphone is scheduled to launch on August 26 and the company’s Taiwanese YouTube channel will broadcast the launch event livestream video.
Zenfone 7 Specifications
A recent leak suggested that Asus is planning two variants of the ZenFone 7 this year, the vanilla Zenfone 7 and a Zenfone 7 Pro. Zenfone 7 will have 16GBRAM and Snapdragon 865 processor while Zenfone 7 Pro will go with 8GBRAM and Snapdragon 865+ and OS Android 10. Zenfone 7 to feature a 6.4-inch LCD screen with a Full HD+ (2340 x 1080 pixels) resolution and 60Hz refresh rate and Zenfone 7 Pro will have a 90Hz or 120Hz screen. According to the another leak Zenfone 7 will include a 64MP Sony IMX686 followed by a 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera and a 3D ToF sensor. Possible it will come with 5000 mAh battery.
ZenFone 7 to keep its Flip Camera and edge-to-edge display from the Asus 6Z so we can expect a notch-less display, possibly upgraded to an AMOLED panel.
